Booking terms
for Venues, Events, Weddings, Birthdays etc.
Deposit & Confirmation
A deposit is required to secure the date.
Booking is confirmed only when payment is received.
Deposit is refundable only with 30+ days’ notice before the event date. If the artist must cancel (illness/force majeure) or the event cannot legally go ahead, the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
0–7 days before: Deposit retained + full remaining balance due.Â
8–14 days before: Deposit retained + 50% of remaining balance due.Â
15–30 days before: Deposit retained, no further fee.
30+ days before: Deposit refunded, no further fee.
Payment Methods
Bank transfer (no fees).
Card payments accepted via Stripe; a processing surcharge may apply.
Remaining balance due [the day of event] or charged automatically if a card is held on file.
PA / Equipment Requirements
Venue to provide professional PA (FOH speakers), 6-12-channel mixer with EQ & reverb, 2 vocal mics & stands, 2 stage monitors, DI boxes (keyboard/bouzouki), all cables & safe power.
If the venue cannot provide this, add our Full PA & Sound Package (£250) which includes:
2 powered PA speakers (up to ~150 guests)
6-channel mixer with EQ/effects
3 vocal mics + stands, DI boxes
2 stage monitors
All cables & power
On-site sound engineer for setup, soundcheck & live mixing (up to 3 hours)
