A valid card is required to confirm the date.
No payment is taken now.
Cancellation Policy:
Your card will only be charged if the event is cancelled within 14 days of the booked date.
If you cancel 14 days or more before the event, no charge will occur.
If the venue cancels or changes the date within 14 days, the same cancellation fee applies.
This amount is fully deducted from your final event payment, so you do not pay anything extra.
This simply secures the date and covers Stripe processing fees.
If the event must be cancelled due to government restrictions or catastrophic events, the cancellation fee does not apply, and any card hold is fully refunded.
