3. Booking & Payment Terms
To secure a booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid before the performance.
All payments must be made via the accepted payment methods listed on our website.
Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
 
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Client Cancellations:
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the event, the deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel on the event day, the full fee is due.
Company Cancellations:
If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or we will work to reschedule the booking.
 
5. Performance & Conduct Guidelines
The client must provide a safe and suitable performance space for the dancers.
Dancers maintain a high level of professionalism and reserve the right to refuse inappropriate requests.
If any unsafe conditions arise, the dancers have the right to stop the performance without refund.
 
6. Privacy Policy
We collect client information solely for booking and communication purposes.
Your personal data will never be shared or sold to third parties.
We may use your contact details to inform you about promotions or future events, but you can opt out at any time.
 
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anxhela Noti Music is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use.
We are not responsible for external links or third-party content that may appear on our website.
We reserve the right to update or modify the website without liability for inaccuracies or technical errors.
 
8. Amendments
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. It is your responsibility to check for changes.
